For the eighth time in a row the Adidas Sickline Extreme Kayak World Championship takes place on the legendary “Wellerbrücke” river section in Tiro. It is a highly competitive full on awesome event to be a part of. We arrived one week before the event to enjoy paddling the river and explore around the area a bit more from when we were last there in the summer. It was a fairly long 2 day drive down, traveling in convoy all the way. Had a super time during the actual event days competing and watching everyone else compete. After the champions party, on the evening of the 4th we drove over to Le Morvan region of France for the last 4 days of the trip. It was an incredible experience for us all and we look forward to doing it all again next year!
