Living History - A Step Back In Time

Our living history project is available for anybody to group as an individual or as a group booking. We offer a selection of courses and activities all rooted in skills and the ways of life our ancestors lived thousands of years ago. 
We regularly run workshops, activity sessions and instructional courses covering a range of skills and interest. 

Workshops include:
   – Bushcraft survival
   – Stone age tool & weapon making
   – Roundhouse construction
   – Early metal work (including casting metals) 
   – Fire cooking skills
   – Ancient sustainable lifestyle

Upcoming Courses

Bronze Age Jewellery Workshop


Join us for a half day workshop where we will take a step back in time and look at how early bronze age jewellery was discovered and created. We will be discovering, casting and stamping metal replicas, using similar techniques to our ancestors.

– AM session from 1000 – 1200
– PM session from 1300 – 1500
– £12 per person per session
– Located at our outdoor bushcraft site
